Just testing recipes from some of my favourite chefs and anyone that inspires me within the culinary scene, as well as sourcing recipes in an effort to recreate dishes from Netflix documentaries that leave me inspired to wander, and create both in the kitchen and behind the lens; mostly as a way to keep my mental health in check and keep my creative appetite alive. I thoroughly enjoy talking about food, reveling at different cuisines and understanding food history.
